work-free life

First of all not looking to troll or trigger anyone, just ignore it if anything. I've financially set myself up, where I have a place, car fully paid off, and I don't have to worry about any large bills with the exception of unexpected medical expenses. I'm in IT, and actually been programming since I was 13, so generally I don't mind programming part of the job, its actually a hobby. My only other hobby is video games, but don't really play much nowadays besides old titles. I tried quitting working 5-6 times, but after 2-3 months I get bored, and actually looking forward to starting a new job. I tried traveling, its fun but after a few months I get tired of it. Moved to the beach once, it was nice, but also got boring quickly. If the job is not stressful, does not working even a worthwhile goal?
