Every work day, which is probably 5+ days a week, you come home physically and mentally drained. You get a sliver of time to yourself before you have to repeat the process. You barely have time to do chores, let alone have fun. You don't have enough time to make gains in the gym. You don't have enough time to make progress in therapy.
