Work is offering a contract with guaranteed hours

I currently work in a casual zero hours contract role, where its understaffed with its busiest days friday and saturday being and just one person managing ticketing for events and cinema screenings. People tend to not want to work those shifts aswell because of the day and nature od how busy it can get. They've offered us a contract with guaranteed 24 mins hours providing that we at least work 4 friday and saturday evenings each month. We would have to reapply and reinterview aswell. In the new contract the rest of the week seems slightly unclear as to how they will create the rota but each shift is a minimum of 4 hours. The contract doesn't mention anything about sick leave or holiday, so I asked them more about how that would work because currently it seems like they're banking on one person to cover those shifts consistently but…
