Work is so demoralizing. (Me griping)

I hate working for big corporations. Even in a blue collar company run by people (managers) who have worked in manual labor all of their life, the fucking shareholders and upper management are so out of touch. It's so dumb. We don't need to make infinite profits. Nobody needs to. Nobody needs to push growth and expansion like crazy. Like, yeah, businesses need to keep up with times and with demand, but there's no need to take on the amount of work that requires an entire company (almost 9000 nationwide, and about 40 at my location) work 60+ hours/week. I hate working myself to death. I hate seeing other people work themselves to death.
