Ive been working 16hr days the last week and intend to for the next 2. Were short handed and cant keep anyone despite offering decent pay (cost of living in area is stupid and our benefits suck) one of my 2 managers id being sent to a different location to be taught how to treat employees and im covering for everything. Tho it sucks to work this much its making me like 3k a week and im spending most of my day watching the boys or Invincible. Honestly its exactly what id be doing at home but im being paid OT to occasionally do something.
