Managers/leads who neither open nor close with their staff suck. If they take their service levels so seriously, help your staff open or close. Oh no, we don't wanna stay and help, but “ThEREs unLiMITEd OT for the enTiRE mOnTh” because we don't have time to complete daily tasks anymore due to call volume & low staffing. This company is kneecapping itself taking away my dedicated allotment of time to complete tasks during the day and thinking I'll be down for OT after burning myself out for 8 hrs.
