Workers of Reddit: Should I go in for my shift?

First time poster here, 22(m). I work 12 hour days here in the U.S. I unload planes in the middle of the night and then substitute teach at elementary schools. Right now I'm burning up. I've already taken the Ibuprofen and Tylenol. I'm hydrating. My shift is in 5 hours. Should I go in? I really can't afford to not work, but also don't want to endanger others. I can't emphasize enough how deep a hole I'm in financially, and get ZERO paid leave. This means I also can't afford the doctor if I get worse. Do I call in to protect my coworkers or go to work to protect myself?
