my girlfriend who is working at buffalo wild wings, currently works 40 hour plus weeks, but rarely ever gets her 30 minute breaks and has gotten a ten minute break maybe a few times over the coarse of over a year working for them. I was speaking to my manager at my job and they said that is extremely illegal and that she should take action and i was just wondering if anybody could lend some advice on what to do in this situation.
