Work from 8-5 M-F and Saturday 8-2. Monday through Friday I get 30 minute lunches (used to be an hour) and Saturday I get 30 minutes too. I get that Sat its all over time and also anytime after 5 is OT but that’s 8.5 hour days. Am I supposed to get paid for those extra .5 (30 minutes) everyday as Overtime? If so, where can I find it in writing to present to my boss? Edit: I’m in California and am hourly
