i get paid $9.25 an hour & im expected to stay busy for my whole shift even though i don’t get any breaks. the manager sends out texts every morning complaining about someone doing something wrong but never specifically calls out who’s doing what so it just feels ominous and threatening. the thing that she constantly says that bothers me the most is that they’re always watching the cameras & to be aware of what we say and do. the most recent message that the district manager will alert her if someone (me, the only one at the store rn) is just standing at the register doing nothing instead of doing chores or keeping busy like y’all pay me dog water , i rlly hope they fire my ass for standing at the register. they don’t offer any discounts, just a measly $5 coupon every five months to use on gas or a snack of ur choice lmao. pathetic. ive had it w this place, i don’t like the passive aggressiveness & being watched like a freakin hawk.
