So this is my first proper, full-time job. I enjoy what I do for this charity and I do feel like I make a bit of a difference. But wow, the higher-ups don't care about staff at all!
The pay is horrendous, there's no little bonuses, perks, or recognition for good work, loyalty or holidays. Our current office has a massive infrastructural problem that's also a health risk and we've just been left working in these conditions for months.
I really like working for a charity but honestly my gut keeps telling me to get out 🙁
