I work for a major hotel
brand, and it sucks. I have worked in the banquet department for the last 8 years, and we have been understaffed and overworked . The last three years have been the worst I have ever worked , myself and one other setup guy are the only am workers, everybody treats us like we can do anything, GM ignores most work issues unless you get over time, gidforbid, I'm sorry if my Grammer and writing is not the best, but I'm spent and I don't know were to go, I'm a captain and just keeping my setup guy happy is all.i can do most days, I'm just spent.
