What a load of bullshit honestly. Anyone else experienced this I don't know why they make it so hard for you to keep your job surley they would want to retain staff I don't know why the standard is so high, I top of this they expect quality no mistakes and safe driving and a safe environment. Its a joke. Ive excepted defeat now and I'm just coasting along until my 12 weeks are up.
