Working thanksgiving and I work in manufacturing.

This is also a UNION job. In the union book it says our holidays are Christmas Eve and day, thanksgiving, and 4th of july. Today is the day they release next weeks schedule and we don’t have Thursday off. On top of that they are still forcing lower seniority people OT. ON TOP OF THAT EVEN.. they are saying “we are days ahead so keep busy so we don’t get behind…”. My whole point, don’t overwork and do the bare minimum.
