Working with no water?!?!

I work in a factory and our water pipe froze this weekend, leaving us with NO WATER. Can't use the bathroom. Can't grab something to drink while at work, which is a big deal because a majority of us are working with big, heavy things. Naturally, we get tired/sweaty. I'm gonna start actively looking for another job because it's obvious to me that the higher ups, who are aware of there being no water, don't give a crap about the people who work hard to keep their business running. We've even asked if the higher ups will run to Walmart and pick up some gallons of water. They refused and told us to deal with it. EDIT: I'm wondering if there's anything we can do to force the issue. Maybe talk to the department of labor? Department of health? Heck, maybe even stage a walkout? Because this is unacceptable.
