(not going to be too specific because if anyone from my workplace has reddit and has any idea that it could be me writing this i’ll be in trouble. Also using a throwaway)
So at my workplace, everyone’s pretty close, and when I say close I mean EXTREMELY CLOSE. People have overstepped boundaries with other people countless times but regarding my personal life I make it extremely clear that I love the person that I am with and don’t play around. I have never been personally involved in their shenanigans and simply am a bystander. However on this one occasion, my colleague approached me and asked me who my top choices would be out of the people who work there to sleep with. I said no one because I only want to do the deed with the person I am with (duh) and my colleague said that just because I am in a relationship doesn’t mean I can’t answer the question as it is just hypothetical. This colleague is married. I continued to refuse and say that I am not comfortable with the question nor am I comfortable answering it. It was dropped but I don’t get why it was made out to be weird when I didn’t want to answer the question the first time I refused to answer…
Also wondering if these situations have happened to any of you?
