So I’m a machinist. I’ve been at this new job for about 5 months… they have 5,000 people. Now my support guy left an hour early 2 days in a row leaving me with no support I needed a sign off for my last part so I went to who I knew.(I didn’t know his job title at the time) it happened to be the plant manager. I didn’t know the support guy left early I just figured I was the last guy there.
So the next day everybody gets their ass chewed out for leaving me by myself. Now they all give me such a hard time I can’t even repeat what they say on here and it doesn’t help that my support hates me. What do I do? I don’t care what they think about me but they make it hard for me to do my job intentionally.
