At my workplace, you can tip individual staff members or “all staff”. The “all staff” tips get collected by the head manager until theres enough to buy 3-4 boxes of pizza. I have dietary restrictions that mean I cant eat the pizza. I'd much rather my share of the money no matter how small after splitting it between 20 people.
