worst interview experience I’ve had to-date

Hello everyone! So I had the worst interview process I've experienced today. The interview was virtual and it was a panel interview. One of the first red flags was that each member of the panel was from a completely non relevant department. This got really concerning when the main interviewer started sharing their screen and pulled up a PowerPoint presentation. This person had me read all of the interview questions and answer them in the same breath. After each questions answer there was a 30-second pause with no feedback or any type of follow up questions to that specific topic. They had nobody from the department I was applying for so no one would actually know if my answers are even good or not which makes absolutely no sense. I genuinely think the other panel interviewers were not even paying attention haha. Tldr: no one from the department I applied…

Tldr: no one from the department I applied for was present. I had to ask the interview questions to myself and answer them.
