I am (very recently) working two jobs for two different small businesses. Both of the roles are similar and have the same pay and require me to be outside for the majority of the shift. The work is mostly fun since it’s with animals and that is my passion. I am struggling adjusting to my new schedule though. I work my new job Thursday-Monday and my old job Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Like the title says the days are mostly half days with the shortest shifts being around 3 hours and the longer shifts being about 5 and a half. It allows me to still have the majority of my day to myself but i am still finding myself being burnt out. My question is, do you think i will adjust to this and try to stick it out? or should not having full days off be a deal breaker for a proper work life balance?
