There is a company (which I'm not going to name) that was in the news a few times because the CEO is a little kookoo and often says really crappy stuff to their employees. Because of this, they recently lost a lot of employees who quit due to the CEOs behavior and are now hiring for quite a few positions.
The job opportunity looks good though. It's pretty much what I need to get my foot in the industry given my lack of experience in this field. But, I'm worried I'll be making a terrible mistake. I'm not afraid to quit if it comes to that, but I also don't want to waste my time. I'm also worried about how it would look working at a company that makes such comments and has such taboo beliefs.
