would you work for free an hour early if commission paid 100$ for 4 hours?

So I work tomorrow at 1 to 5:15 and have to stop at 3 places in minot which is an 2 hr drive. And one of the clients is notoriously late at giving packages. But you get blamed for being late. And plus they expect you to be in minot like you're speeding but told not to speed. Then I'm supposed to return back to Bismarck before 5:30, drop off boxes, fill up car, and start the next shift at 5:30. But it takes about 2 hrs to get to minot and 2 hrs back. So once you're back, you're already late. And your next shift is supposed to be happening. In the long run I feel like they're setting me up to fail so they can fire me. Or fo to work an hour early to work for free cutting my payrate as it's commission based. Yeah, it's $25/hr but the more you think a out it, the more it's cut. Then also it's my only day this week that I get hours. Went from 86 to 10.25.

I'm thinking of leaving them because of this shenanigans they be pulling. They led me in with kindness then turn around and attack me every step of the way
Oh, this supervisor you call. No, call this supervisor. No, call Hr. OKAY, IT'LL take a few days to get what you want.

I went in to go to work last Friday and then found out the contract expired by the workers. I'm afraid they'll do this again. I'm not very happy. Yet.they expect you to reply immediately but they can't do the same.

What do you think?

No hourly pay for commission based pay
