I started working at a hospital in April. I was on probation and got fired. The manager posted a schedule then changed it without offering the xtra shifts. She just put them on my schedule. I got a horrible migraine and called in sick for my shift. (Sunday night shift) then the following Wednesday (my next shift) I got fired.
My union filed a grievance for wrongful dismissal.
Has anyone gone thru something like this? I want my job back but I was told by union I might have 10% chance.
