You guys are fighting for a 'decent' wage that would allow you to get to the end of the month without overtime etc., while you should ask for way MORE. You're a person, you deserve to have those extra cash to do what you want in your free time, to be happy, to remove the stress in the weekend. You're not a machine made to eat, sleep, work, repeat.
