A little backstory: i am an electrician in germany. I lost my last job two years ago and took a few months off while the lawsuit i filed against my old boss was still running. I found the job i am at pretty easy since electricians are rare here and every company is understaffed.
Well we are understaffed as well. Even my boss is working on the jobsides (residential mostly) and is accepting way too many jobs that we (3 guys and boss) are not really able to handle them.
The last few weeks we are doing (paid) overtime like crazy and my boss demands to do even more. If he is helping us at the jobsides he in fact is way faster than us as he always says but we have to correct his work and need way longer than if we do it our selfes.
Right now we are running 5 jobsides at the same time and each of them has to get finished at the same time and we even started 2 new ones. I just cabt handle it anymore and am sick of all this.
The problem is i live in one of his (i know big mistake but i needed it cus i got kicked out of my old one) appartements and can not just hand in my notice since id loose my appartement instandly.
I am planning to move to my feiancée but we cant yet. As soon as we moved in i am gonna look for a new job and hand in my notice. I so much want to do it rn but we dont know yet when we can move together.
