Corporate culture is toxic and pervasive. This “family” of mine had managers wearing Christmas vests, workers made us breakfast burritos, and corporate raffled off 5 TVs in front of 250 people. No Christmas bonus. No paid time off. Nothing. And now I got laid off. Remember that the next time a company calls you family.
