You get what you pay for!

You know, it has really been bothering me lately. I feel like the quality of customer service has gone through the floor. I worked in fast food mainly as management for almost 10 years. The level of people just not caring absolutely astounds me. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely do not blame the workers. The saying, ” you get what you pay for” is so true in this case. If employers want to have high levels of customer service and good quality employees — they have to pay for it! Plain and simple, people will not and should not be expected to go above and beyond while being paid the bare minimum. Really when you think about it, the real people who do not care are admins and management, and what they don't care about is their people. It is just sad.
