Several years ago, i had this job as a graphic designer for a small print company at my country. The owner liked to yell at us from room to room when he wanted to talk to any of us instead of using the phone (this is so you get an idea of his character) one day he did just that, call each one of us from the graphic design office to his desk (we were 4 guys) and when it was my turn he had this note pad with my name on it and before me, i could see several names from my co-workers with their signs. He told me: “I’m getting sings from each one of you guys, to support X candidate so that we can make a difference. You are voting for him, right? Please i need your sign here”
That didnt happen and he was baffled as to why i would vote differently, so he then told me: “Well, everyone on this office is voting for X candidate, so you have to sign or else…” next day i was looking for another job.
