“You only have a certain amount of time to do task x” “You are not meeting production” and other production-based job complaints

I'm starting to absolutely hate my job in Data Entry, it is never-ending. Managers send out emails every week about the time restraints that we have for virtually every task, even checking and responding to emails along with breaks during the work day. I feel that this a restrictive environment for me and I'm looking for something else. Maybe I'll look into Data Control or Data Analytics while I'm in college. :/
