You shouldn’t have to worry about being killed at work

Last night there was a front desk clerk shot and killed at a hotel in my area over an unpaid bill. I feel for the worker and his family. I also work in a hotel, but I never deal with people who have unpaid bills. I always leave that to management. It’s not worth it in case somebody decides to pull a gun. It’s a big reason why I’m looking at leaving around the beginning of the year when I get my vacation and sick time allotment. I’ll add a link to the story
