YSK: Offer letters are NOT legally enforceable contracts.

Title. Too many people thing that the offer letter is a legally binding agreement that both parties must adhere to. Well this is not the case at all. Yes it's shitty as hell for a company to offer you a job making $XX/hour only to find out you're just making $YY/hour instead. You legally have one of two options: Just accept the rate they're willing to pay Quit and leave a review about their shitty hiring managers not paying what they advertised.
