12 page application form to fill in a job I applied for asking stupid questions and I haven’t had an interview with them yet!

Only if I fill this in then they'll consider within 2 weeks if I'm “fit for the job” based on the responses and no guarantees I'll get an interview. Not even clear on the pay as well.
