I just found out that my 16 year old is scheduled for 56 hours this week! Including three days in a row of 12 hour shifts. He is a lifeguard at a water park, so don’t worry he is just out in the ridiculously hot sun all day. I’m pretty pissed about it! And since it is seasonal work, there is no overtime pay. Is this normal?
