I regularly get overtime (unplanned though), but this week we just had Norovirus for half the residents (I even just got over it have never been so miserable in my LIFE) Questionable sanitation practices and unsafe staffing practices make me want to jump ship but had such a hard time finding work last time. I drive 1.5 hrs each way
