$19/hr for Business Analyst II

This made me laugh. I got this unsolicited text from a recruiter this morning. I am a software engineer now, but used to be in BI. Business analysts are generally expected to know SQL, possible other query languages, and at least some analytics software and report building expertise. Usually requires BS, and because it's level II, probably 3 or more years of experience. You think you are going to fill that for $19/hr? HA! For context, this is Northern Utah, which is expensive. My 16-year-old son makes $15/hr plus tips working part time at a fast food restaurant. https://preview.redd.it/2cpc5hbu23ba1.png?width=1080&format=png&auto=webp&s=0a827ddd87ef1f4c52920f16a01afbd013eb45f8
