The fact that you're supposed to spend most of your week around people you did not choose to be around with, whom you don't like and would otherwise not interact with? How is this the norm, not the other way around where we would spend most of our time with our friends and family, loved ones?

Quit my job on Friday.
I just couldn’t do it anymore, I couldn’t reconcile getting auto loans for people. I just need to exit the whole financial sector and do something that doesn’t make me feel like I’m part of the problem. It all started when I wondered aloud, what’s the interest rate in Heaven and from there it sorta followed its logical progression.
I work for a moving company and I clock out and soon as I’m done because I’m assuming they would respect the rounding system, but I noticed that when I was all finished just 4 minutes before 6pm they decided to round my time down to a 545pm, I know it’s just 15 minutes of work but if this is happening consistently it definitely is gonna add up. I’m just curious if this is violating any laws or if it’s just a dick move? I live in British Columbia, Canada
He said he was going to do it AFTER the interview which is extremely rude if I'm being honest. I'm still new to work life, but if you want to hire someone, don't sit there wondering why no one wants to work for you when you can't even bother putting in the effort to make them want to come work for you!
