I’ve been working at my job for 2 years. They have excluded me from a training conference, training for a new job function within the company, and let 4 instances of physical employee on employee intimidation go undisciplined. I’m not sure contacting HR will do anything. I want to quit, but everything pays less than this job in the area I’m in right now. I feel stuck, unsafe, depressed and so tired of the drama. Any advice is welcome. Maybe I’m not seeing a solution or way out of this, and you can. TIA

We live in Louisiana, and she just got a new job. She has just noticed several concerning safety issues, including maggots, ants, using the same serving equipment for items with and without nuts, and using ungloved hands to scoop certain ingredients. I was wondering where I should look to see if these are crimes, and if they are who to talk to about it? She JUST got this job, and she doesn’t have another one yet, but we don’t wanna be complicit in criminal activity. If this is the wrong sub, please let me know and I’ll remove and repost in the right one.
