My department announced a financial incentive program for the next few months. Usually, this would give me some motivation, but all I feel right now is resentment knowing that this is code for 'go faster.' Excuse me, but my brain fog ate my laptop.

Currently working at a shithole that’s just got bought out by some even worse people. Anyone have any details about L3? Interviewing in PA but all stories are welcome.

Advice need in jobs apps
Posted in another community and received no help, so trying to get advice here! I live in America and according to the US Census, all Middle Eastern people are considered white (I'm Iranian). I do not look visibly “white” since my skin is darker. Whenever I apply to a job and it asks for my race, I select “white” because that's what I've assumed I am supposed to do based on how America defines whiteness, even though I have never identified as white. Would you think its acceptable I select “other” or “2 or more races” when I apply from now on, or would this be unethical/incorrect?
An honest question
In this subreddit, I've seen people argue for “elimination of work but not labour”. What exactly does that mean?
So, I want to clarify i work inn a kitchen. I'm a line cook. I do the most work, I'm the fastest cook and I help everybody when I can. I've nothing but nice to him since I started the job. He was such an unbelievable ass today though and completely unprofessional. My question is…should I put his name and cell number in just the men's restrooms for a good time or should I put it in the ladies as well?
Asked for more
Due to inflation it got really hard to sustain my life. I pay around 30% then last year just to be alive. So I took all the strength I had in me and asked for more money. Soooooo….now I need a new job because they fired me till the end of the month. TLDR: Asked for more now I don’t have a job anymore. Don’t know what to do….
