So tired of seeing people here getting angry for not getting tipped. This culture needs to go and you guys deserve a higher wage from your rich employers. Tip is a scam to save money of rich assholes. PS: wrote entitled spelling wrong because this sub doesn't allow word “title” in title.

So this company reached out to me to schedule an interview. They said I could pick a day and it has to be between 10-4. I scheduled it for 4 because of my current work schedule. They then message me at the last minute and asked if we could change it to 3:30. I said unfortunately I couldn’t. They didn’t respond. I made it home before 3:30 and said that I could jump on really quick. They then let me know that the 3:30 slot isn’t available anymore and I have to wait all the way until next week to interview despite it being their fault. Why would anyone want to work for someone who’d waste their time.

Large corporates paying thousands of dollars for young women to cover the travel and accommodation costs of having an out of state abortion. Regardless of what one’s political views on that issue may be – I wonder what could possibly be motivating these very same companies in this instance, that won’t even given a few extra dollars a day to their workers? Is it to keep those young women chained to their desks? Let’s discuss.

I have 3 years of business professional experience as a commercial real estate appraiser. I can’t seem to find any interest in my skill set outside of my current field. Iv sent out hundreds of resumes the past few months and Iv only received offers for less than I can survive on. That’s pretty much it.
