I have been working at my current company since January of 2021. I’ve been in this industry for almost a decade. No degree (I’m currently in my senior year though), but I do have two industry certifications. However, my department manager, who manages my team as well as our A/R team, is just awful. We go through A/R reps like toilet paper because no one can stand working with the manager. This was her first management/supervisory position, and she only got the position because she complained that someone else had been promoted, and she’d been there longer than that person. That was 4 years ago. In 2022 alone we have hired and lost 3 going on 4 A/R reps (one might be quitting, but she’s not sure yet). My team was a little bit more stable; the previous team lead had worked there for 3 years and left in November.…
