So long story short I love my role, I'm in charge of my own work/hours and the place I'm at is pretty chilled…..thing is my boss just seems too chill….. Theres moments where they miss important bills for taxes and electricity (to the point where the company has had red letters, the company has the money my boss just leaves stuff) They manually put peoples wages through, at times I don't get mine until 9pm at night Staff have on numerous occasions gone awol, yet my boss doesnt discipline them…. I could go on! Sooo I raised my concerns to them earlier in the year and even got a job offer elsewhere…..my boss stated things would improve and their worries about stuff were very different to mine…… This was over 6 months ago and things still havent changed, I've raised my concerns in different ways ie; meetings, emails etc…. So I work in sales in a phone business in the UK. We get a lot of fraud come in quite often where I work. However someone I served happened to be fraud. Its been flagged on our system and now the company is looking to punish someone. The phone was an £800 ($966) phone so they have looking at an £800 fine. Well today is payday I've just gotten home checked the bank and now I've seen I've been underpaid. A rant about entitled board members who arrived at our tiny branch one morning, holed up in the meeting room, ate their catered lunch, and left a mess behind them. We don’t have cleaners who come in everyday, so it was left for us regular office folk to clean up after them. The rudest thing was that I could hear them shit-talking about us and they were whispering the whole time thinking no-one could hear them. For a bit of context I am currently unemployed and have my family breathing down my neck while offering no real helpful solutions. My “work experience” in the town I'm in has been 3 jobs, all lasting less than 3 months. The first one was home depot, paint department and I really did enjoy working there and I worked well with most of the staff, maybe a bit monotone on the pager but that's just the way my voice is and I tried to fix it.
