I work for a local bank with about 20 branches and each branch has a sister branch. So now I have to navigate around 8 people for days off

Title. I wish I could ask my parents this stuff instead, but can’t. I am pretty young, and thankfully, I just work retail. This is my first time experiencing this. I wouldn’t be complaining if I didn’t have financial responsibility but this was such short notice and I’m not sure what to do.
So I’ve been unemployed for a long time due to health problems. I have a huge gap in my employment history so it’s been near impossible to find work and even more impossible to find work I can actually do bc I’m limited physically. My sister offered me a job working for one of her businesses online and I agreed. And yeah, I should’ve had her give me an actual number for how much I’d be earning before I started. I know. But I never expected it would be $6.60 an hour (clear). I called my one friend and described my job to her then asked how much she thought I was being paid hourly. She said $15/hr. When I was silent she said, “$12..?” in a voice that was like omg it’s not $12 is it?? And I had to reply no, half that. She was like how tf…
Go in the street and scream what you want ! If you are alone it could be weird but if you are thousands it's powerfull
My boss has told me straight up he doesn't care about me after 4 years of breaking my back for his business. He's taken advantage of me at every turn and I'm done. What my best way to exit that leaves me the best off and preferably makes It as uncomfortable as possible for them? I'm in the UK and have already been looking for jobs. Obviously calling him a prick and leaving would be satisfying but realistically I can't leave straight off the bat
Job changed mid-interview process
I’m about to enter third-round interviews for a data analyst job, and HR just called to tell me that, although my final interview is moving forward, the position is now for a senior role and I should check out the updated job description. Requirements are now much more extensive – I wouldn’t apply to the job as currently advertised because it’s so far beyond my skills and experience level. What does this mean? Why are they still interviewing me if they want a more experienced candidate? I feel blindsided, but also like maybe it’s a good thing if I’m still interviewing – like perhaps I could ask for more money? Any thoughts appreciated, I’m not sure what to think.
So TLDR; search wizards is a “recruiting” company in FL. Basically, they got my buddy a gig at Microsoft, and then basically told him if he worked hard enough, he would get a full time offer. Well, the dude busted his ass, and basically dropped off the grid for months, only to get canned at the end of the time period. This is predatory, and I’m sure they are doing it to dodge labor laws. With all the tech layoffs, I can’t help but think this may have happened to others.
