My company got bought out and I got an automatic 15% raise to match what everyone else was making. None of my coworkers had that happen to them.

In other words fuck the original owners and management. Not even someone hired after me had to have that raise

Does everyone want to get a list of companies that lie about compensation , benefits, work culture ?

I made a list I just want to see if this is the right place to post it. These companies are a waste of time they lie and expect a lot of output from the candidates before even working there I have about 18 companies just want to know if it’ll be helpful to anyone here.

What national event do you think could push workers to the brink?

Corporations gearing up for potential recession as cost of living and inflation steadily increases. Ecological disasters as a direct effect of de-regulation. Every system from college to land ownership to healthcare feels like it's designed to put us into perpetual debt. With U.S. Approval of Labor Unions at Highest Point Since 1965 you would think there would be more movement from activists. Do you think there will be a time where the workers have had enough and larger tangible change comes about? Or do you think we are stuck in a boring dystopia?
