My entire marketing team is being furloughed. I have the only access to our websites, socials, all sorts of paid softwares. How can I absolutely fuck these people legally?

That would be enough
A “Motivational” Poster
I can’t post a photo of this poster due to my current employer’s logo plastered as a background upon it. But I figure this sub would get a kick of out it. Context of this employer; it’s a manufacturing facility. We’ve been working 6 and 7 day work weeks for the past year. Turnover is in the 70% range, employee moral is in the tubes, and our pay rate is 15% below the county average for a on the floor production worker; 30% below the county average for someone in my position in maintenance. Posted at the entrance to every office and the break room is the following poster; “Let us realize that the privilege to work is a gift, the power to work is a blessing, and the love of work is success!” Alexa; define “tone deaf”.
Some context: I was a graphic designer for this small office in my hometown that managed the online marketing for a medical business that had offices around the US. My job was to help make graphics and brand related business materials which I absolutely loved doing. The problem was that my boss was, well, sketchy. At one point my business email address had been full on our online storage app. Every email got a specific amount of space on their drive but being a graphic designer I saved the illustrator/In design files plus different sizes and forms of files of the project. It added up quickly. When I brought it up to my boss, he asked me why I wasn’t saving all my work under this one generic email address. The other two graphic designers were doing it so I should have been. He then proceeded to tell me to…
I just spent 40 minutes on one application. Long gone are the days where you could apply to a job by sending in a resume with one click. This recent job posting would not let me proceed without a mandatory cover letter, three references with contact information, previous addresses and EEOC questions which were optional but God forbid I leave them blank. Indeed used to be a private way of submitting a resume without linking to your email. Now, it seems employers can attach page after page of questions asking a ton of personal info (phone number including auto-text updates being the most annoying). My references are getting calls before I am even contacted by the employer. Glassdoor is a little better but no one in my area seems to post jobs there. Is anyone else finding jobs using another website?
Commitment to a job doesn’t pay off!
Just for context, I've been at this company for a year and I know that I'm making the same if not more than somebody who's been here for 20 years. Our jobs are quite different from each other but it still boggles my mind how somebody could give 20 years to a company that even though pays decently for the position, has no regard for the loyalty that the senior employee has shown. There's also another employee who's been here for 20 years who does the same job that I do, that makes a good wage but even still can't justify the length of time and productivity that this other employee has given. While the boss sits in his multi-million dollar estate and takes frequent vacations internationally or to one of his two cottages, the people that have built the company from the ground up are still working in their…
Apprenticeship? Yeah, ok.
I don't understand. Everytime I look through Indeed or any job board, I usually come across one or two postings for an apprentice position. However, whenever I look, they require like 2-3 years experience in that position. Is being an apprentice not an entry level position anymore? After 2-3 years, I'd expect you to have a decent grasp on what you're doing. So if you're wondering why you can't find someone to fill your $14/hr “apprentice” position, maybe you should review your listing and ask yourself whether or not it sounds sane to you.
