9 people have tested positive for COVID in our 40 person office. What can we do?

Our manager chose to come to work sick after staying home Monday, didn’t wear a mask or take any precautions. I’m one of the 9 (that we know of) positive cases. They’re taking our COVID paid time off away at the end of the year. Ironically, the day after the email came out about this, an email for a 3 week mask mandate came out as well. I am FURIOUS about my manager coming to work sick. One of our coworkers is 7 months pregnant for fucks sake. Another has a 3 year old son and takes care of her elderly parents. Is there anything realistically we can do about this, or do I just have to die mad about it?
