Managing Partner just threatened to fire me if I spoke to others about compensation.

I’m in Georgia and am a minority owner in a small business. My managing partner called me screaming about me talking about compensation with other employees. Told me she’d fire me if she heard of it happening again. Then she sent me an email to “put our conversation on the record” where she reiterated the same about firing me. Beyond saving this email, what should my next steps be?
