TLDR: I have a crappy boss who is disrespectful, power hungry, impossible to work with and wants everything his way. I have documentation in writing of his comments, including asking me to “babysit” his child at work.
I work in higher education in the US.
I'm thinking about going to HR, but I'm worried about how it will go down and what I need to do to prepare.
Can anyone share their experiences reporting higher up's behaviour to HR?
