I am so proud of my son at this moment. This past week we had torrential rains and flooding here in our area.
He called into his job because there was no way out of our neighborhood as all exits were flooded. His boss had the audacity to ask him, are you afraid of getting wet? He responded to her no, I'm afraid of dying from other stupid drivers and no job that pays $12 an hour is worth dying for.
Total proud parent moment. He didn't back down and didn't let her passive aggressive bs get to him.
