Husband was approved for intermittent fmla back in March.
Job is trying to limit him to using it 1x a week for a day off.
Dr submitted paperwork that says no, he needs to be able to take between 2-4 days as needed.
Hr is like lol no we aren't allowing it.
We have a letter that says he has 374hrs remaining of his 480.
He used a day Wednesday and they're trying to give him point #9 and potentially fire him instead.
That's illegal, yeah? Located in IL. I cross posted to legal advice.
