Not sure if this is the appropriate place. If I'm called off shift while I'm taking my PTO I should receive time and a half or double time for any requests made. I understand the simple solution is to turn my phone on silent but I don't have that luxury. I'm not off for your convenience, I'm off for mine with hard earned time. Rant over
